Terms and conditions

Deposit and payment
For all booking requests a deposit of $20 per head will be required to secure the booking. Once all details of the event have been finalised, an invoice will be issued containing the deposit amount, the outstanding amount, and the total. The deposit must be paid to secure the booking. The outstanding amount must be paid within 24 hours of the event or Tour the Glass reserves the right to cancel the event.

Cancellations and refunds
If an event is cancelled with more than 7 days notice then a full refund will be issued. If an event is cancelled with less than 7 days notice then due to the time, money, and commitment involved in organising an event, Tour the Glass reserves the right to retain the deposit.

Booking amendments
Changes to bookings (number of patrons e.g.) must be made within 24 hours of the booking or Tour the Glass reserves the right to charge the full amount stated on the original invoice.

Age policy
It is the decision of Tour the Glass that minors must not be present at any private hire event. Exceptions may be made for weddings or birthday parties with prior approval, in which case minors must be accompanied and supervised by a nominated adult or guardian at all times. Minors are not permitted to request drinks (including non-alcoholic drinks) or food during a function. ID will be required for all events where a patron is suspected to be under the age of 25.

Unduly intoxicated and disorderly patrons
Tour the Glass reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an event if any patron is suspected of being unduly intoxicated or disorderly. If an event is cancelled due to unduly intoxicated or disorderly behaviour then no refund will be issued.
